Pak Cosmetics is a specialist supplier and distributor of afro hair and beauty products, with a team of beauty professionals with years of experience from within the beauty sector.
Pak Cosmetics is a well-established hair care and beauty specialist, with a portfolio of over 80,000 products across their network of 30+ stores. With such a vast array of products, the product packaging for their brands needed updating to communicate the quality they represent. Our challenge was to redesign the packaging to represent each brand, for each product. From baby care to luxurious skin care, to help each aspiring brand to grow.
To help us identify and understand the gap in the market that these brands and products would fill, we spent time with Pak’s senior management team to realise the benefits their products would deliver to the customer.
Next, we evaluated the competitors in each category to gain a greater understanding of the value proposition of alternative products available on the market to consumers. This enabled us to craft the brand story and marketing plan for each of the entry brands. Only then did we commence with the design and implementation phase of the project.
